Beef summer sausage (uncured)

Our new all-beef summer sausage is a delicious combo of our farm's grass fed beef + ingredients you can feel good about. Ready to slice and eat, great on the go and for snacks, picnics, and more.

Ingredients (regular): West Fork beef, water, contains less than 2% of: salt, dextrose, sugar, spices, cultured celery powder, cherry powder.

No nitrates or nitrites added except those naturally occurring in celery powder and sea salt.

Ingredients (with cheddar cheese): West Fork beef, water, pasteurized process cheddar cheese (cheddar cheese, (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), water, cream, sodium phosphates, salt, and beta carotene. Powdered cellulose (to prevent caking), natamycin (preservative)). Contains less than 2% of: salt, spices, cultured celery powder, cherry powder.
