Smoked pork chops (also known as Windsor chops) make a delicious and easy meal.

No need to season, marinate, or brine these chops: just heat gently for a few minutes on each side on the stovetop or grill and enjoy!

Packages typically contain 2 bone-in smoked chops, cut ~1" thick.

From heritage breed hogs raised outdoors on our farm. We make our own feed on the farm with non-GMO ingredients.
