Our small-batch salami is made with our farm's heritage pork + all-natural ingredients you will love.

Spicy Finnochiona is a fun option with red wine, garlic, cayenne, fennel, red pepper, and ghost pepper. Don't be intimidated by the spice! With a slice of cheese, even the spicy-shy among us loved this one.

No added nitrates or nitrites (except those naturally occurring in sea salt and swiss chard powder). Each package is 4.5 ounces. 

Refrigerate after opening. Salami is shelf-stable, but store in the fridge for best quality.
