Salami Sampler

Our small-batch salami is made with our farm's heritage pork + all-natural ingredients you will love.

Our Salami Sampler is a great deal to try all three flavors of our new hard salami: one package each of Saucisson Sec, Chorizo, and Spicy Finnochiona.

No added nitrates or nitrites (except those naturally occurring in sea salt and swiss chard powder). Each package is 4.5 ounces. 

Refrigerate after opening. Salami is shelf-stable, but store in the fridge for best quality.
