Salami Sampler

Our small-batch salami is made with our farm's heritage pork + all-natural ingredients you will love. 

Our Salami Sampler lets you save while trying all four of our hard salami flavors, one package each of:

> Saucisson Sec

> Chorizo

> Spicy Finnochiona

> Pepperoni

No added nitrates or nitrites (except those naturally occurring in sea salt and swiss chard powder). Each package is 4.5 - 5 ounces. 

Refrigerate after opening. Salami is shelf-stable, but store in the fridge for best quality.
