Salami - Saucisson Sec

Our small-batch salami is made with our farm's heritage pork + all-natural ingredients you will love. Saucisson Sec is a crowd pleaser, simply seasoned with sea salt, garlic, and pepper.

No added nitrates or nitrites (except those naturally occurring in sea salt and swiss chard powder). Each package is 4.5 ounces. 

Refrigerate after opening. Salami is shelf-stable, but store in the fridge for best quality.
