Salami

Our small batch salami is made with our farm's heritage pork and all-natural ingredients you will love. 

Choose from three flavor options (or try all three with a Salami Sampler!):

> Saucisson Sec: A crowd pleaser, simply seasoned with sea salt, garlic, and pepper.

> Chorizo: Salami with great chorizo flavor and a nice little kick.

> Spicy Finnochiona: A fun option with red wine, garlic, cayenne, fennel, red pepper, and ghost pepper. Don't be intimidated by the spice! With a slice of cheese, even the spicy-averse among us loved this one.

No added nitrates or nitrites (except those naturally occurring in sea salt and swiss chard powder). Each package is 4.5 ounces. 

Refrigerate after opening. Salami is shelf-stable, but store in the fridge for best quality.
