Pork sweet fennel sausage

This new sausage has delicious Italian flavors without heat. My kids call this one their "dancing sausage," because they love it so much, eating it makes them dance with joy. The butcher said he came up with it so he'd have something for pizza that everyone would love.

Ingredients: West Fork pork, wine (contains sulfites), salt, spices, garlic powder. Packages are ~1 lb.
