Seasoned ground Italian pork sausage is our favorite for pizza, pasta, meatballs, and much more.
Two delicious options:
(1) Original Italian sausage - for those who love a little kick.
Ingredients (regular): West Fork pork, salt, fennel, black pepper, paprika, nutmeg, anise, monosodium glutamate, spice extractives.
(2) Sweet fennel sausage - Delicious Italian flavors without heat. My kids call this one their "dancing sausage," because they love it so much, eating it makes them dance with joy. The butcher said he came up with it so he'd have something for pizza that everyone would love.
Ingredients (sweet fennel): West Fork pork, wine (contains sulfites), salt, spices, garlic powder.
Packages are ~1 lb.
