Pork chops, Iowa chops

The marbling, tenderness, and flavor of our heritage pork really shines in bone-in pork chops. Iowa chops are thick-cut chops, around 1 1/4 inches thick, our top choice for the grill. These stay juicy and are the star of the meal.
