Ham roast, cured & smoked

Our ham roasts are delicious as the star of a holiday meal or for weekend brunch. And we love any leftovers for sandwiches, soups, and salads!

Size suggestions (1/3 - 1/2 lb. per person, depending on whether you'll be serving other proteins with your ham):

> 2 lb. roast for 4-6 people

> 3-4 lb. roast for 6-12 people 

> 4-5 lb. roast for 8-15 people
