Charcuterie Bundle

A great meat and cheese tray is always a crowd favorite!

Our Charcuterie Bundle makes is easy to put together the perfect appetizer or party snack, with one package each of:

> Saucisson Sec: A mild hard salami, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper.

> Chorizo: Hard salami with a little kick, with flavors of paprika, garlic, and other spices.

> Summer sausage: A mix of beef and pork, favorite among kids and adults alike.

All three meats are best sliced thin to serve (remove casing as you're slicing).

To make a great charcuterie board, slice and arrange these three meats with three+ different types of cheese, starches (bread or crackers), and accompaniments, like dried fruit, nuts, or jams.

Salami packages are shelf stable until opened, best kept refrigerated all the time, and 4.5 ounces each. Summer sausage is frozen, best thawed before served, and is a 1.2 - 1.39 lb. package. Total bundle weight is 1.75 - 2.0 lbs.
