This uncured bacon is made with natural ingredients and without added sugars, nitrates, or nitrites.* It's tasty and mild, with less saltiness and more pork flavor than conventional bacon.

Ingredients: West Fork pork, water, sea salt, spices, cultured celery juice powder, cherry juice powder.

*No nitrates or nitrites added except for those naturally occurring in celery juice powder and sea salt.
