Our andouille sausage has great flavor with a kick and is made with natural ingredients you will love.
Perfect for sausage & veggie skillets, jambalaya, gumbo, pastas, pizzas, and much more. Try it in a breakfast scramble, with shrimp, on kebabs, in sandwiches or rice dishes, or on its own.

Ingredients: West Fork pork, onion, salt, spices, garlic, cultured celery juice powder, dextrose, cherry juice powder.
*No nitrates or nitrites added except for those naturally occurring in celery juice powder and sea salt. Not preserved. Keep refrigerated below 40 F at all times.

> Crockpot Chipotle Queso Chicken Chili - Everyone loves this soup! We double the andouille & beans and sub chicken broth for the beer.
> Easy & delicious appetizer idea: Slice andouille into rounds and brown in a pan. Arrange on a serving tray. Top with a slice of cheese (e.g., cheddar, gouda, pepper jack) and a dollop of jam or sauce (e.g., sour cherry jam, peach preserves). Eat!
> Dice up and saute with onions and peppers to add to scrambled eggs.
