Our uncured andouille sausage has great flavor with a kick, perfect for sausage & veggie skillets, jambalaya, gumbo, pastas, pizzas, and much more. Try it in breakfast hash, with shrimp, on kebabs, or in sandwiches.

Ingredients: West Fork pork, yellow onion, salt, garlic, spices, Swiss chard powder, cherry powder. Stuffed in a natural hog casing. Fully cooked; not preserved.
