Our favorite ways to eat our farm's salami (beyond meat & cheese boards!)

 

In 2025, we added a line of amazing salami products to our farm's offerings. We've loved experimenting with all the delicious ways that our farm's all-natural salamis make our meals easier and better.

These are naturally cured, small-batch salamis made from our farm's heritage pork, with no artificial ingredients or added nitrates or nitrites. 

And while my kids can knock out a roll of pepperoni on its own in one sitting, here's a few more of our favorite uses for our pepperoni, saucisson sec, spicy finnochiona, and chorizo hard salami:

> Slice up chorizo, cheese, and apple slices. Grab crackers, carrot sticks, and hummus. Dinner!

> Dice spicy finnochiona or saucisson sec to add delicious little bursts of flavor to Roasted Cauliflower Bowls or salads.

> Top a Tuscan Quinoa Bake with thinly-sliced pepperoni. This dish travels well and is great for potlucks or taking meals to friends. Our pepperoni is also great diced or sliced thin on pizza (you can bake it on the pizza or toss it on at the end).

> Add diced chorizo to scrambled eggs or breakfast hash or sprinkle on top of creamy soups to add a delightful flavor contrast.

> Keep a couple rolls on hand in the fridge for emergency snack options or appetizers when you have unexpected guests, hangry kids, or a meal that is taking longer to come together than you expected.
